Loft apartments at the Taivallahti barracks

The former repair shop of the Taivallahti Truck Company’s conserved building complex that also used to serve the Guards Band was equipped with 23 unique, high-quality apartments. As the façade of the building is protected, only careful changes to enable a unique mode of living in Töölö were made: the apartments were equipped with entrances to their own terraces and small yards. Close attention was also paid to the functionality and spatial qualities of the apartment solutions.
