Citycon

Citycon relocated its head office into smaller premises but wanted to hold on to their existing office space guidelines. Within a literally tight frame we created a cozy and spacious concept that makes the new office feel larger than its actual size. The end-result is a welcoming, functional and roomy working environment where the reduction of square meters is nothing to be displeased about.

Spacious and smartly divided

The heart of the office is the kitchen, which is located between the working area and client meeting area. When designing the layout, particular attention was paid on how to divide the office into a private working area and a more public meeting area. Needless to say that the clear division between spaces has proven to be a very desirable feature in an office during the pandemic.

When needed, the working café can be easily divided into more private nooks.
